At The View at Stonecrest, we offer flexible lease options to accommodate various lifestyle needs:
- Standard Lease: 12-month lease terms are available.
- Short-Term Leases: Short-term lease options are offered; please inquire about specific durations and any associated fees.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents at The View at Stonecrest. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to move-in and maintained throughout the lease term.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, The View at Stonecrest is a pet-friendly community!
- Dog Policy: Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome
- Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds are not permitted
- Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
- Fees:
- $300 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet
- $200 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet
- $25 monthly pet rent per pet

What are the income and credit requirements?
All applicants must meet our rental criteria, which includes income verification and a screening of credit and criminal background history.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, we do accept co-signers and guarantors. They must meet the same screening criteria and will be included on the lease as financial backers.
Do you accept housing vouchers or Section 8?
Yes, The View at Stonecrest gladly accepts housing vouchers, including Section 8. All applicants must meet our standard rental criteria as part of the approval process.
Are the apartments renovated or upgraded?
Yes! Many of our apartment homes have been beautifully renovated with modern finishes, and additional upgraded units become available each month.
Features in renovated units may include upgraded appliances, sleek wood-style flooring, updated cabinetry, and stylish fixtures—designed to elevate your everyday living experience.
Do units have private balconies, patios, or storage?
Yes! Every apartment at The View at Stonecrest includes either a private patio or balcony—perfect for enjoying fresh air and outdoor space. Select units also offer additional storage for your convenience.
Is parking available? Is it assigned or open? Are there any parking fees?
Yes, we offer plenty of open surface parking for residents and guests. Parking is unassigned, and there are no additional parking fees.
Is the community gated or controlled access?
Yes! The View at Stonecrest features state-of-the-art controlled access for added privacy and peace of mind. Our newly installed gated entry system helps ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all residents.
How is maintenance handled and how quickly are issues resolved?
The View at Stonecrest has a dedicated on-site maintenance team ready to assist with your needs.
All work orders are responded to within 24 hours, and residents can conveniently submit maintenance requests through the online resident portal (linked) at any time.
